Rarely an issue with my website but had an issue recently and the problem was resolved within 24 hours. The delay did cost me a couple of new patients but the iMatrix staff corrected the issue and they were very professional about it. Sometimes things go wrong, which sucks, but how it is corrected with professional staff and an apology worked out and now we move forward. Thank you for the years of support.
